At FlowerServiceKorea, we aim to provide reliable and timely delivery to ensure your flowers arrive fresh and beautiful.

  1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to selected locations within our service area. Delivery availability may vary depending on the recipient’s location. If your delivery address is outside our service area, we will notify you as soon as possible.

  1. Delivery Times
  • Deliveries are typically made between 1:00 M and 6:00 PM on business days.
  • Specific delivery times cannot always be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, and delivery schedules.
  • During peak seasons (such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and major holidays), delivery times may be extended.

 

  1. Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before the daily cut-off time (for example, 2:00 PM local time). Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered the next business day.

  1. Delivery Attempts

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery:

  • The flowers may be left in a safe location when appropriate.
  • The flowers may be left with a receptionist, neighbor, or security desk.
  • The delivery driver may attempt to contact the recipient to arrange delivery.

If re-delivery is required, additional delivery charges may apply.

  • International Women’s Day
  • Other special seasonal events

During these periods, flower availability and delivery schedules may be limited.

To manage the high number of orders:

  • Deliveries are made throughout the day between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
  • Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed during holiday periods.
  • Orders will be delivered on the selected delivery date, but the exact time may vary.

Due to the high demand during these occasions, we guarantee delivery within the selected delivery date, but exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
