Refund & Replacement Policy

At FlowerServiceKorea, we are committed to providing fresh, beautiful flowers and excellent service. Because flowers are natural and perishable products, our refund and replacement policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining product quality.

  1. Freshness Guarantee

We guarantee that all flowers are fresh and carefully arranged before delivery. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the flowers received, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Wilted or significantly different from the description
  • Incorrect (wrong product delivered)

please notify us within 24 hours and provide clear photos of the flowers received.

After review, we may offer one of the following:

  • A replacement arrangement, or
  • A partial or full refund, depending on the situation.

 

  1. Flower Substitutions

Due to seasonal availability, certain flowers may occasionally be substituted. When this happens:

  • We maintain the overall style, color theme, and value of the arrangement.
  • Substitutions are made with flowers of equal or greater value.

Substitutions are not considered a valid reason for a refund.

  1. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
  • Recipient not being available at the time of delivery
  • Restricted access locations (gated communities, offices, hospitals, etc.)

In such cases, additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.

  1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or modified if requested before the order is prepared or dispatched.

Once flowers have been prepared or shipped, cancellations may not be possible due to the perishable nature of the product.

  1. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Minor differences in flower color or arrangement style
  • Refused deliveries
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
  • Requests made more than 24 hours after delivery.

  • Name used for the order
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the product received (if applicable)
